Q. What separates our Web Hosting services with all the rest?

A. We manage our own private server which is located in a 3rd party data store located on the East Coast. This is different from most all other web hosting services which share their servers with over thousands of customers.

Q. Why are private servers a better more costly choice?

A. What makes a private server private is similar to what separates a public computer, such as one found at a library, from the one you manage in your home. The public servers are used by both good and bad people. People like yourselves and people who send or solicit spam. Additionally since it is our private server, we have full control over what is installed and running on our servers. We can add better spam filtering, website monitoring and security features that these public servers cannot. Lastly we can better manage and control spam on an individual basis. Public servers do not work with you on an individual level and do not care about your individual concerns.

Q. How does this work?

A. As part of our services we become your website manager who can work with your current web developer or IT consultant in making sure you have exactly what you want and the controls you want.

Q. What about SPAM?

A. We have multiple levels of Anti-Spam filtering in which just moving to our servers we can reduce a majority of spam from ever entering your inbox or junkmail folder. We even have special options for small businesses to manage their spam from a web folder in which they can allow legitimate emails in that accidentally get labeled as SPAM.

Q. Who gets labeled as SPAM?

A. If your email is from a public server such as GoDaddy, GMail, Yahoo, MSN, Comcast, Verizon, etc. you have at one point in time or more been labeled as SPAM by a filter. This is because those spammers often abuse these public servers which then rightfully get labeled as SPAM servers but unfortunately you send mail from those same servers and so thus you get your emails labeled as SPAM.

Q. What about security?

A. Our web hosting product offers great security through firewall Access Control Lists, Reverse Authentication, Anti-bandwidth stealing and image stealing scripts, as well as a lot more. This is unique to our private hosting.

Q. Can you tell me about URL Ranking?

A. We offer additional services along with our web hosting services that can get your website ranked in the top 10 and even the top 5 for most websites.

Q. Who do you currently have as customers on this web hosting?

A. We are limited to who we release this information to but I am authorized to tell you that we currently host the Woodburn Chamber of Commerce and have been hosting their site for about 3 years.
