We are pleased to announce Multop’s Computer Consulting has made major update to our email services.  In order to process this change, your email mailboxes will be completely re-created from scratch.  This means two things:
Here is the list of upgrades:

  • Enhanced Webmail – Your new webmail will include email, calendar, contacts and even the ability to share your calendar with friends, relatives or co-workers.
  • Enhanced Security – Your SMTP, POP3 and web access are all required to be secure/encrypted for your protection and/or the use of an alternative port number for their access.  This will prevent local ISP and any hackers from reading your emails when sending or receiving mail to our mail server.
  • Increased Storage Space – You now store up to 10,000 email messages.
  • Increased Support – We will now have full access to robust diagnostics for any email problems whether sending or receiving.
  • PDA synchronization – We offer as an additional service the ability for you to synchronize your phone to your email, contacts and calendar with Outlook and your webmail using a push technology.
  • Outlook synchronization – We offer as an additional service the ability for you to synchronize your webmail and Outlook program.  You can now work easily from home using the webmail that is synched to your work desktop email/calendar/contacts/tasks.
  • Enhanced Anti-spam filtering* – This means that if you currently are hosting your email/website with us and do not subscribe to our anti-spam service, you will automatically be subscribed with this new subscription to our Enhanced Anti-Spam filtering service.  (* - If you currently do not subscribe to this service, you will automatically be included in a 30 day trial of this Enhanced Anti-Spam service at no additional fee.  If after the 30 days you have not cancelled the service, you will be charged a  $1 per month per email mailbox with an additional $5 per month domain filtering charge.
